Or even planned ones are easy to set up by going to the QP Alumni Facebook and posting a message for your class about where and when to meet – i.e. Beer Tent, 7:00 p.m.!

Beer Tent

Beer and wine served until 8:45 pm. ID/wristband required. Please drink responsibly.


In Gathering Space from 3:00pm – 4:45 pm and after 5:00 pm Mass from 6:15 pm – 9:00 pm. Cash sales only.

Beverages (Non-Alcoholic)

A variety of cold beverages available. Event tickets required.

Bread from the Mound

Available in the Gathering Space while supplies last.

Cake Wars

Do you have what it takes to take…the cake?! Contestants must bake and decorate a homemade cake to be submitted for judging by Festival attendees. The top two designs will win a gift card to Vanilla Bean. Results will be announced on stage before the cash raffle winners. Check back for the registration coming in July.

Festival attendees! Be sure to stop by the QP Cake War Competition in the Gathering Space to cast your vote and enter to win a cake. Winners will be called if a phone number is provided on the entry ticket. Cakes must be picked up by 10:00pm on September 16th. Good luck!

First Aid

A First Aid station staffed by current and retired medical professionals, located centrally with Ticket Sales and Volunteer Check-in booths. Please no dogs or bikes.


Catering by Catholic Multicultural Center – Culinary Creations – offering a variety of festival meal fare – burgers, brats, hot dogs, and black bean or beef tacos. And just for fun have a Sno-Cone, Badger Popcorn & Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream! Tickets required.


Younger kinds can enjoy Soda Bottle Bowling, Scavenger Hunt, Ducky Catch, Horsy in the Haystack, Ring Toss, Lollipop Tree, Festival Tattoos, face painting, balloon hats and more.
Even older kids will have fun with Pop-a-Shot Basketball, Minute-to-Win-It, Corn Hole, Nerf Blaster, Bingo after dark, and more.

Wristbands are available for purchase in between masses beginning at the end of August.

3 pm – 7:30 pm with a break for 5 pm Mass.

Fleece Blankets
We will be tying larger fleece blankets for kids who are without a home and might be sleeping in shelters – or even in their cars.

Blessing Bags
These are Ziploc bags filled with things that we take for granted but can make all the difference in the world if you are homeless.

Badger Honor Flight Letters
We will be writing letters to those going on Badger Honor Flights, thanking them for their service.

Each project was chosen with the Catholic Church’s Works of Mercy in mind – so in addition to everything we are doing – we will be praying for each person who might benefit from the projects.
That means when you finish a blanket – we’ll have a prayer for you to say for the child who will use it.
When you finish a blessing bag – we’ll have a prayer for you to say for the person who will receive it.

See the VOLUNTEER section.  Volunteer check-in on the day of the event again will be centrally located near Ticket Sales and First-Aid. The HELP OF OUR WHOLE PARISH COMMUNITY IS NEEDED – WITH YOUR HELP, WE CAN ALL have a ton of fun!
